June in Dallas with the Kotsanis Institute
We have an exciting June coming up at the Kotsanis Institute! Get your calendars out because we will be featuring new seminars and events to get everyone ready for Summer 2015! Starting with this weekend, we will be at the 2nd annual Fibromyalgia and Chronic Pain Conference in Richardson. Stop by to say hi and learn about ways we treat chronic pain at the Kotsanis Institute. For more information visit: NorthTexasFibro.com or our website, KotsanisInstitute.com On June 18th, we will be doing double-duty with not one but two events. The first will be our famous Digging Deeper lunch which will feature a discussion on digestion and gut health. Listen as Dr. Kotsanis and our care manager, Nicole Wallace discuss ways to improve your health naturally, starting with your gut! Also, learn how to relieve common stomach ailments naturally and easily with essential oils from Young Living. Later that night we will also be welcoming our friend, Rick Hill, a 40 year cancer survivor as he discusses alternative cancer treatments and how he regained his health and wellness through the healing powers of food and water. Lastly, on June 25th, learn how to reduce summer stress the best way we know how. By taking a vacation! With so many responsibilities and commitments it can be difficult to find balance. Give yourself and your family a gift of relaxation and renewal. Attend this free resources seminar and learn how a simple vacation, whether long or short, can improve your health and vitality. If you attend, make sure you enter your name into our drawing. We are giving away two hotel packages in Mexico for four nights! As always, our events hosted by the Kotsanis Institute are FREE. We provide food and refreshments so just bring yourself and a friend. The more the merrier!
